Sherborne School

We are returning to this school shortly after the completing an accommodation block for the International College. This new project involves the construction of a residential wing (see drawing)the extension of common room facilities and refurbishments to other parts of the building. The project includes external play areas and is due for completion in 2012 (final phase).

Victoria Ward Fit-out, RUH, BATH

A £0.7m project, to be undertaken in 10 weeks, comprising the fit out of an 18-bed ward together with new bathrooms, utility rooms, reception with Central Nurses Station and Administration offices.

The project is being carried out of the first floor of an occupied building with careful planning to minimise disruption to the facilities on both the ground and upper floor.

Medical Centre, Creech St Michael

A new £1m Medical Centre in the heart of Creech St Michael, comprising a two-storey building which externally features coloured render and timber panelling.  Commencing in October the project is due for completion Summer 2012.

Student Accommodation, Exeter

Spearheading our drive into Devon this £4m scheme will see the construction of 130 student bedrooms in a four and five storey block located on a difficult site below Exeter’s Iron Bridge.

Whilst construction methods are relatively traditional the site is very restricted and will provide major challenges to our team. Work starts in January 2011.

Somerset Partnership NHS Trust, Rydon House, Taunton

Last year the company completed a major refurbishment of neighbouring Foundation House on Wellsprings Road and 2011 will see Pollard return to this large health complex to undertake a £2m project at Rydon House. The work involves the construction of two large extensions and considerable improvement work within the existing building.
